Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today between the hours of 9:45 am through 11:00 am. There were a total of six children (12 points) observed with one caregiver. A total of four children's files and two staff/household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: toy play, writing alphabets and day of the week, games, hand washing, and other organized activities. The physical space, emergency supplies, evacuation drills, attendance records, and the Emergency Preparedness Plan were reviewed. There were no violations cited this date.
