Inspector Notes

An unannounced complaint inspection was completed on 07/11/2022 from 11:00 A.M.-12:00 P.M. The inspection was in response to a complaint that was received in the Office of Child Care Health and Safety (Valley) on 07/07/2022. The complaint was in regards to forbidden action. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of staffing and supervision, staff qualifications and training and background checks. A total of one child record and 2 staff records were reviewed.

There was not a preponderance of evidence; therefore the complaint is considered not valid.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
