Inspector Notes

A monitor inspection was conducted today between 10:00am and 11:15am. There were 2 children present with 1 caregiver supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed napping and drinking a bottle. A total of 2 child records and 1 caregiver /household member record were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
