Inspector Notes
The purpose of today?s visit was to monitor compliance during a routine unannounced compliance visit.
Upon my arrival, I was greeted by the provider. Licensing observed and documented the attendance. There were 9 children and 2 staff present during today?s visit. Children were in individual play, circle time and resting.
Limited licensing requirements were monitored. The following items were observed in compliance during today?s visit: proper storage of hazardous materials, use of approved space, physical plant, administration, and programs. Review of 2 child records and 2 staff records.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
