Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 05/20/2024 and concluded on 05/20/2024 from 3:10 PM to 4:00 PM. There were 22 children present, ranging in ages from five years to eleven, with 2 staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies. A total of five children?s records and the two staff records were reviewed/updated.

Information gathered during the inspection determined noncompliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.
