Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 12/09/2024 and completed on 12/13/2024. The on-site inspection began at 2:40 PM and ended at 3:40 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 31 children present and 2 caregivers. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records, and 3 caregiver records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and interviews.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Children?s hands shall be washed with soap and running water or disposable wipes before and after eating meals or snacks.

The children did not wash their hands or use disposable wipes prior to eating snack.
