During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed.

Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 06/16/2025 and completed on 06/16/2025. The on-site inspection began at 8:45 AM and ended at 10:00 AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 25 children present and 4 caregivers. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records, and 3 caregiver records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and interviews.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard 8VAC20-780-560-G
When food is brought from home the food container shall be sealed and clearly dated and labeled in a way that identifies the owner.

The lunches were not labeled in a way that identifies owner and dated.
Plan of Correction: The program director during the inspection made a sign that address the date of the lunches and will ensure that all lunch boxes are labeled with the owner's name.
Standard 8VAC20-780-70
Each staff person shall have in their record Information, to be kept at the center, about any health problems that may interfere with fulfilling the job responsibilities.

All staff reviewed today did not have documented the health programs that may interfere with job position.
Plan of Correction: The director will add a section on the front page of all staff records that meets the requirement.
