Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted at 2:40pm. Observed 3 children = 8 points with the Provider + Adult Household Member #1. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. Children were taking naps and eating an afternoon snack. The daycare areas of the home were found to be clean and well supplied with toys and equipment for the children. The Provider is participating in the VQB5 quality curriculum offered by the State. An area of non-compliance with standards and laws reviewed was found.
