During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the program was in compliance with the standards reviewed.
Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was conducted on 11/22/24. The on-site inspection began at 10:39am and ended at 11:45am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 5 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 12. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 5 caregiver/household members records while on-site. The inspection included document review, tour of the daycare areas of the home and interview. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
2There were no decorative objects at the children's eye level on the sliding glass doors located in the daycare area.
The Supplemental Information page of the 5/24/24 inspection report, which contains confidential information about children, was posted on the bulletin board in the daycare.
