An announced, on-site initial inspection was conducted at the new address on 6/27/25.The on-site inspection began at 4:30pm and ended at 5:33pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present, caregiver and 1 household member. The inspector reviewed (1 household member record while on-site and electronically on 6/26/25. The inspection included document review, tour of the home and interviews. The provider plans to open the daycare at the new address on 7/1/25. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
