Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/17/2021 and concluded on 11/17/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 6 children present, with 3 staff supervising. The inspection was initiated in response to a modification request to increase the family day home's capacity. The provider requested an increase of capacity from nine children to twelve children. The family day home has space, supplies and materials available to accommodate twelve children. The licensing inspector has reviewed zoning documentation.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
