8VAC20-790 Subsidy Program Vendor Requirements for Family Day Homes

Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on May 17, 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This on site visit was from 10:30 a.m. through 12 p.m. On this date, there were eight children (fourteen points), ages two through five, in the care of two caregivers. The records of two caregivers, one household member, two pets, and five children?s records were reviewed. No medication is being administered at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
