Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was conducted on 7/25/23 from 9:10 am to 10:10 am. There were 6 children (18 points) present, with 2 caregivers supervising. The children were observed playing with toys and waking up from nap. The children had morning breakfast which included waffles and milk. A walk through of the family day home was conducted to assess compliance. 2 children's records, 2 caregiver's records, attendance and emergency drill records were reviewed. There were no children present with food allergies. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
