An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 7/1/25 from 11:24 am to 12:00pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There was 1 child present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 4. The inspector reviewed 1 child record and 2 caregiver records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the family day home,
interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
