Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 08/01/2022. There were 8 children, ages 4 months ? 8 years, totaling 19 points and 3 caregivers present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 children?s records and 2 caregiver records were reviewed. The children were observed during circle time and center time. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:45am and departed at 11:45am.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not cover in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
