Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 7/6/2023. There were 9 children, ages 14 months ? 9 years, totaling 20 points and 3 caregivers present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 children?s records and 2 caregiver records were reviewed. The children were observed during center time and lunch time. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 10:20am and departed at 12:06pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not cover in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
