Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted June 23 2023 between 12:30pm and 1:30pm. There were 4 children(9pts) in the direct care of 1 caregiver. Children were observed napping and playing with quiet activity toys. A review of household records, child records, and provider records was conducted. The emergency plan, attendance record, the home, trainings, and pet records were also reviewed. Violations are listed on the violation notice.
