Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted December 6 2023, between 12:45pm and 1:45pm. There were 4 children (12 points) in the direct care of the provider. Children were observed during nap time. A quiet activity was provider for a child that woke up during the nap time. Child records, household records, the provider record, trainings, emergency supplies, emergency drills, and the home was inspected and reviewed. No violations were observed during this inspection.
