Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted on-site. Five children were present with two caregivers and within ratios for supervision. Observed children in free play, hand washing and lunch time. Lunch was mac and cheese, apples and milk. Reviewed a sample of records, emergency preparation, caregiver training, physical space and Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
