Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on February 21, 2025 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on February 19, 2025 relating to emergencies. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 2 caregiver/household member records on-site on February 21, 2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the home, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
