An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 01/22/2025 and completed on 02/03/2025. The on-site inspection began at 1:00 PM and ended at 2:30 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 3 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 9. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records, and 2 caregiver/household members records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and interviews.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
