Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection took place on March 2, 2023, between the hours of 9:45am and 11:30am. There were three (3) classrooms observed with a total of 11 children present with 3 staff supervising within the supervision guidelines. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, evacuation drill logs, required posted documents, first aid kit, and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No Violations were issued.
