An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/01/2024 and completed on 11/01/2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:45 am and ended at 11:00 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 9 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children's records and 3 staff records on-site.

The center shall implement a monthly practice evacuation drill.

A fire drill was not implemented in October 2024.
Plan of Correction: The program director stated that a fire drill will be conducted by the end of next week and each month thereafter.
