Inspector Notes

An unannounced Monitor Inspection was conducted on May 10, 2023. Upon arrival at 2:15 PM there were a total of 16 children under the care of 3 staff present during today's inspection. The Licensing Inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on inspection, the Licensee failed to have required first aid supplies.

EVIDENCE:
The center's first aid kit did not include tweezers and scissors
Plan of Correction: Director will restock first aid supplies. The first aid kit will be reviewed weekly to ensure it's properly stocked.
