Inspector Notes

An unannounced Renewal Inspection was conducted on March 20, 2024. Upon arrival at 4:00 PM there were 9 children, ages 5-11 years old and 3 staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. Licensing Inspector review 3 children's records and 2 staff records.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliances with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
