An unannounced, on-site Monitor Inspection was initiated on September 23, 2024 and completed on September 25, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 4:24 pm and ended at 5:56 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 20 children present and 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records on 9/23/2024 and 3 staff records 9/25/2024. The inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
