Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 08/04/2022. There were 81 children present with 13 staff supervising. The physical plant, playground, evacuation drill logs, emergency preparedness plans, training log, children's records, staff records, attendance logs, medications and authorizations, menu's and the first aid kits were reviewed. The children were observed napping, being bottle fed, on the playground and working on individual Montessori materials. Areas of non-compliance were cited on the violation notice. Violations
4Evidence:
1. The refrigerator in the infant room recorded a temperature of 57 degrees F.
2. The ceiling on the second floor has cracked and the paints has peeled away.
2. Ceiling repair has been reported to the owner and is on the list to be repaired.
Evidence:
The outlet at the front desk did not have an outlet cover.
Evidence:
There is approximately one to three inches of resilient surface under around and into the fall/use zone.
Evidence:
In the Jr. Casa room there was a hole in the changing pad and therefore it was no longer nonabsorbent.
