An unannounced inspection was initiated on March 31, 2026 and completed on March 31, 2026, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on March 30, 2026 relating to allegations of behavior guidance. The inspector reviewed 1 child record and 1 caregiver record. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations, and measurements.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
