An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on April 23, 2024 approximately 9:47 am to 10:10 am. There were 3 children for a total of 8 points directly supervised by 2 staff. The home, 1 child?s records were inspected. Children were observed playing freely. Provider was engaged and interactive with the children. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children.
