Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today, 11/21/2022, from 1:35PM to 2:15PM. 7 children (14pts) were directly supervised by 2 caregivers. Ratios were in compliance. The physical space, required posted documents, evacuation drills, 2 children?s records, caregiver/household member records, the Emergency Preparedness Plan and outdoor play area were reviewed. No medications were on site. Children were observed finishing lunch and preparing for rest time, engaging with the caregiver and interacting with each other. Age appropriate activities and materials were available for the children. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
