Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was initiated on November 13, 2022 and concluded on November 30, 2022. There were 4 children present directly supervised by 2 staff. The children were observed in individual play. Staff members were engaged and interactive with the children.

Limited monitoring of child care requirements occurred during today?s visit. Licensing inspector monitored supervision of children, physical plant, staff/child ratios, adequate and approved space, programming, and nutrition. A review of 1 children record and 1 staff record.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
