Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted November 29, 2023 approximately 11:00 am to 12:00 noon. There were currently no care in care during the inspection. The home, 1 staff record, 2 household records, 2 child records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected.

There were no medications on site today. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children.

Based on staff and household records review, the provider did not obtain for each caregiver and adult household member a current Report of Tuberculosis Screening form, every two years from the date of the first screening or more frequently as recommended by a physician or the local health department.
