Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted onsite on January 24, 2023. There were three children in care, ages two moths through two and one half years old, with the provider. Children and household records were reviewed. Activity areas inside and outside the home were reviewed. Children were observed in provider and self-directed activities. Violations regarding required postings, a child's record update and the first aid kit were cited and appear on the violation notice. The violations were discussed with the provider during the exit interview at the conclusion of the inspection.

2 - The provider stated that she had only one triangular bandage.
