Inspector Notes

An onsite unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on July 31, 2023. There were seven children in care ages nine months through three year old with the licensee and one additional caregiver. Children were observed during naptime. Children and household records were reviewed. The outside play space was reviewed. Emergency equipment, first aid kit and documentation of emergency evacuation drills were reviewed. The provider stated that there is not any medication being administered, nor are children in care transported and no swimming activities will be planned. There were not any violations observed during this investigation.
