An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on April 14, 2024 from 12:30pm through 1:30pm. There were four children in care ranging in age from five to 24 months. The total number of point present equaled 13. The provider was the only caregiver present during the inspection. The inspection is the interim inspection to the provision license. Diaper changing, points, cribs, crib sheets/linens, training, immunizations and required postings were reviewed. A single violation regarding the use of an infant walker was observed, discussed with the provider and appears on the violation notice.
