Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted on February 26, 2024, with the provider. The inspection began at approximately 9:25 AM and concluded at 10:30 AM. There were 6 children in care totaling 15 points, with 1 caregiver supervising. The inspector observed the children playing with toys and interacting with the provider. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records, 1 staff record, and 1 household member?s record were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
