8VAC20-790 Subsidy Program Vendor Requirements for Family Day Homes
Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 05/18/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 9:10 a.m. and ended at 10:35 a.m. There were 5 children with 2 caregivers at the time of the visit. During the inspection, children were observed being dropped off, eating morning snack, handwashing, and playing outside. Children and caregiver files, and emergency drill log were reviewed. The physical plant and playground were inspected. There were no medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
