Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between 12:30pm and 1:15pm. There were 7 children (17 points) present with the Provider and 1 assistant within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed eating lunch, hand washing, brushing teeth, and laying down for their designated rest period. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the family day home, children and caregiver/household member records, evacuation drill log, menu, attendance and emergency materials were observed during this inspection.
