Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on August 9, 2022 between 10:20am and 12:51pm. There were 3 children present with 1 caregiver supervising for a total of 8 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed playing beside each other, playing with blocks, an activity table, trucks, baby dolls and other age-appropriate toys. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programing, medication, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures. Children?s records, staff and household member records were reviewed. .

Violations
3Evidence: Caregiver #1 Tuberculosis Screening form (dated 8/6/2020) expired on 8/6/2022.
Evidence: 2 outlets in bathroom used by children did not have protective covers and 6 outlets in the crib / sleeping room did not have protective covers.
Evidence:
1. The provider acknowledged she does not use bleach water solution to sanitize the diapering pad. She only uses a cleaning wipe.
2.The provider?s method does not meet the definition of cleaned and sanitized as stated in 8VAC20-800-10
3. A cleaning wipe was used to clean the diapering pad.
