A Subsidy Health and Safety (SHSI) monitoring inspection was initiated and conducted on August 12, 2024 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The on-site inspection began at 9:20am and ended at 10:45am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were five (5) children present and two (2) caregivers. The inspector reviewed six (6) children's records, two (2) caregivers record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the home, interviews and observations. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
