Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety (SHSI) monitoring inspection was initiated and conducted on August 14, 2025 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The on-site inspection began at 10:30am and ended at 11:45am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were four children present and two caregivers; the point total was 12. The inspector reviewed four children's records, and two caregivers records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the home, and observations. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
