Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between 3:00pm and 3:35pm. There were 3 children present with the Provider and 1 assistant caregiver for a total of 6 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed leaving the providers home to walk to the community playground. The children were briefly observed playing in the community kiddie pool. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the children and staff records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and safety procedures were observed during this inspection. No violations were found during today?s inspection.
