Violations

1
Standard 8VAC20-800-680-B
Based on observation, hand washing requirements were not met.
Evidence: Caregivers did not ensure that children's hands were washed with liquid soap and warm running water before each meal. The children were observed being offered hand sanitizer before eating lunch.
Plan of Correction: I thought that sanitizer was fine to use. We'll start washing hands in the bathroom before eating.
