Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on May 5, 2022. There were 7 children present, with 1 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Evidence
The record for household member #1 has an expired central registry finding, the current finding expired 4/21.
Plan of Correction: As soon as the household member can, they will go have the form notarized and submit it. I will forward the results to the inspector when received.
