Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted March 13, 2023 between 2:40pm and 3:30pm. There were 7 children present with 1 caregiver supervising. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programing, medication, fire drill log, menu, first aid supplies, attendance, child and caregiver records, and emergency procedures. Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
