Inspector Notes

This monitoring inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 03/05/2024, between the hours of 10:30 am to 12 pm. There were 7 children, plus 1 resident child present (19 points), ranging from infant to preschool-age, with 3 caregivers supervising. The children were engaged in the following: story time, learning, car play, block play, bathroom breaks, diapering, hand washing, lunch, and other organized activities. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 8 children files, 3 staff files, and 5 household records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
