Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on and completed on August 21, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:30am and ended at 11:45am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 8 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 21. The inspector reviewed 4 children's records, 2 caregiver records and 3 household member records on-site. This inspection included document review and tour of the facility ,

Based on review of caregiver records, the family day home did not ensure all caregivers received qualifying results of a Central Registry Search.
Evidence
Caregiver #1has documentation of qualifying results of a Central Registry Search that expired 5/14/2024. New results must be received every five years.
Plan of Correction: We will submit a new CRS within 10 days and send our inspector the results when received.
