Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 7/13/2022. The provider 7 children in care with 3 caregivers. A total of 22 points. 2 household children were also present at the time of the inspection. Observed the play space for the children, it was nap time so most of the children were asleep. A violation notice was given to the provider at the same time as this summary. Please call me at 703-203-8659 if you have any questions regarding this inspection.

3Evidence: The provider has a caregiver who is training at the home, the caregiver is caring for children during the inspection. The provider does not have the fingerprint check back from OBI.
Evidence: Based on the review of the children's records some of the required information is missing. Child 1 and 2 are missing Proof of ID, child 3 and 4 are missing their physical examination.
Evidence: Medication was observed in the bathroom cabinet downstairs used by the children. The bathroom cabinet was closed by using a hair elastic,
