Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 7/28/23. The provider was present with two assistants and 5 children in care. A total of 14 points. The provider has a large space for the children to play and a big back yard. interaction between staff and children observed during the inspection. A violation notice was given to the provider with this inspection summary.
Discussed the new website and the portal needed for cps checks and the portal needed for renewal. Discussed how to become a subsidy vendor.

Violations
3Evidence: A bottle of bug spray was located in a child's cubby right inside the door, a foot off the ground, accessible to the children.
Evidence: The number for poison control and 911 is not posted in a place near the telephone.
Evidence: The provider does not have a refrigerator thermometer.
