Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 1:50pm-3:20pm. There were 53 children in the direct care and supervision of 10 staff. A sample of 5 children?s records, and 5 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed napping. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection. 5Evidence:
The sworn statement of Staff A expired 6/2023.
Evidence:
1) Staff B completed 10 hours of annual training in 2022.
2) Staff A and C completed 4 hours of annual training in 2022.
Evidence:
1) Disinfectant spray was found unlocked in the bathroom of the "Jr. Preschool" room.
2) Cleaning supplies were found unlocked in the "Infant" room.
Evidence:
The certificate of liability insurance expired 06/2023.
Evidence:
Topical medication located in the "Infant" room was not kept in a locked place.
