Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 1:50pm-3:20pm. There were 53 children in the direct care and supervision of 10 staff. A sample of 5 children?s records, and 5 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed napping. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection. Based on record review, an employee did not have a current sworn statement or affirmation.

Evidence:
The sworn statement of Staff A expired 6/2023.
